Time Flies (Open)

Suien huffed out steam through his nostrils, waiting for a response.

Kenji looks down at Kiara, then at Suien. "Sorry to deny your request, but the lady here wants to stay."

Kiara looked at Kenji with gratitude and nodded at Suien with a hopeful look in her eyes.

"Then prepare yourselves for a fight, with The Great Gaiser Beast!"

Kiara burst out laughing. "That's the, haha, the funniest nickname I have ever heard!" she said between laughs. "Hahaha!"

(I literally did burst out laughing though XD)

OOC : lol I was hoping it would sound a little ridiculous.

Kenji sighs again, You're just pissing him off... "We shouldn't have to result to violence..."

"You should have considered that sooner." He growled.

Kiara sighed, her laughter dying out. "Look," she said in a serious tone, "We were both having a rather boring day until we came here. Isn't there worst crimes than accidentally entering an amusement area? I mean we're just kids who were looking for something to do." Kiara looked sort of young for her age with her height and occasional pig-tails.

"Exactly." Kenji places his arm on Kiara's shoulder, using her as an arm rest. This wasn't something he does often but he wanted it to look like they were close friends.

"I'm not like most teachers. I don't give any leeway for you squirts, whether your my students or not." Suien walked towards the body of a staff member. "No doubt that an elementalist did this, so it's not unlikely that you two are lying about being normal kids." He turned back to them. "What school do you two go to?"

"I just graduated from high school but I don't plan to go to college. I'm currently looking for a part-time job. But since it's summer, I decided to relax a bit." Kiara replied.

"I already finished high school a year ago and college wasn't really something I wanted to do, so I just got a job at a supermarket. It barely pay the apartment bill, but it's still a job."

"Then your not kids anymore. Which means I don't have to feel bad about calling the cops on you." Suien sighed. "Cut the crap kids, I know who your boss is."

Kiara sighed. "If we did have a boss, wouldn't we be working right now?" she asked, "And who's this boss you're talking about anyway?"

Kenji just stays quiet, curious about his thoughts on their boss as well.
