+Water +Ice +EarthPersonality: Kiara is actually quite nice for a bad guy. She is friendly and rarely gets mad. When she does get mad though, it's because they are enrolled/employed in MEA.
History: Kiara's family used to be in the White Oracle. They used to be in the White Oracle Supreme and demolished anyone around them. One day though, a team of teachers fought her parents and nearly killed her mother. The father was minorly injured and fled. When he found out his wife was seriously injured, he quit White Oracle to heal her. Unfortunately, her mother had severe hesd injuries and had a time where she suffered badly. Ever since then, Kiara's father been training his daughter to get revenge on MEA. When Kiara was old enough, she turned out to be strong and became one of the White Oracle Supreme.
