Two questions of mine.

Okay, so... I'm new to this forum only, and there's some questions I have in mind.

1: How much time do I have to create my first character, if there's a set deadline per account?
2: May older characters be first-years, or are there set years per age?

1. There is no deadline! Feel free to make it anytime you wish.

2. It could be set through any age but as long as you follow the age range
