Personality: Tari the tarsier is a small, over-fed lemur that likes to perch on peur's head or shoulder. The few places even Peur cannot reach, he sends Tari, usually for the purpose of spying, stealing, or sabotage. (He is often distracted by the opportunity to cuddle with strangers though) it should also be noted that Tari is the closest thing Peur has to a friend and he can be very protective of him.

So is it just a normal pet without elements?

Yup. Unless being adorable counts as an element.
